Paramore scores first Hot 100 number-one!

Paramore's "Decode" puts an end to the three-week run at number-one of Beyonce's "If I Were a Boy," which slips to No. 2. Meanwhile, Ne-Yo scores first top three hit with "Mad," trading places with Britney Spears' "Womanizer," which is down now to No. 4.

The Pussycat Dolls'  "I Hate This Part" and Rico Blanco's "Your Universe" are both non-movers at No. 5 and No. 6 respectively. Spears has two song on the top tier this week. Her follow-up hit "Circus" is this week's top gainer, peaking at No. 7. David Archuleta's "Crush" and Lil' Wayne's "Mrs. Officer" descend to No. 8 and No. 9 respectively.

Shontelle's "T-Shirt" completes the top ten.

After the record-breaking stay last week, Archuleta sets two more records this week. Archuleta holds the record for the most number of Hot Shot Debuts, after his new single "A Little Too Not Over You" debuts at No. 35 as the top debut. This is his third hot-shot debut. Also, his debut album sets the record for most number of simultaneous entry from one album, as four songs from this album are in this week's chart - "Crush"  at No. 8, "Touch My Hand" at No. 13, "A Little Too Not Over You" at No. 35 and "Angels" at No. 89.
