"Decode" is the first No. 1 of 2009

Paramore starts a fourth week atop Philippines Hot 100 with "Decode", becoming the first No. 1 of 2009. the band maintains it lead against Ne-Yo's "Mad", The Pussycat Dolls' "I Hate This Part" and Beyonce's "If I Were a Boy" which are all non-m0vers at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 respectively.

Britney Spears' two singles trade places this week. "Circus" peaks at No. 5, while "Womanizer" descends to No. 6. Shontelle peaks at No. 7 with T-Shirt, as Beyonce peaks at No. 8 with "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It). Mariah Carey drops to No. 9 with "I Stay in Love" , while David Archuleta scores second top ten with "Touch My Hand" The unofficial single moves 13-10.

Another unffocial single does good this week. Katy Perry's "Use Your Love" is this week's top gainer, rising 80-35. This weeks top debut belongs to American rock band Staind with "Believe" opening at No. 71. Other debuts include Pink's "Sober" and Kanye West's "Hearltless" debuting at No. 98 and No. 100 respectively.
